BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

We kindly request that you arrive to your appointment with thoroughly cleansed, makeup free lashes. Clients are required to lay still during the lash application so it is requested to please avoid caffeine prior to your appointment as it may cause your eyes to flutter. To ensure your comfort and to prevent any harm to your eyes, please do not wear contact lenses to your appointment. If you have any known allergies or sensitivities please inform us prior to booking.

FOREIGN REFILLS

If you are coming to us with lashes on from a previous Lash Technician, we kindly request you to send a clear photo of your lashes prior to scheduling an appointment. This will help us assess the quality of the previous application and products used, to determine which service option is best for you. If the previous application or products were of poor quality and the extensions cannot be filled over, we may recommend a removal and application of a full set. This is to ensure optimal results and maintain the health of your natural lashes. In this case, with the purchase of a full set the charge for removal will be waived.

CANCELLATIONS
 

Please notify if you will be arriving late, any arrivals after 15 minutes may be cancelled and a no-show fee will be charged. Please give at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Any no-call / no-show will be subject to a $75 fee and denial of future services.

REFUNDS

Due to application time and the cost of products, refunds are not offered. If you experience poor retention within the first 48 hours of application, a complimentary touch-up will be offered. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of application, or if the client fails to follow aftercare instruction leading to poor retention, full price may be charged for all services. In the rare case you experience a negative reaction to the products used, the charge for removal will be waived.
