CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO LAY STILL DURING THE LASH APPLICATION SO IT IS REQUESTED TO PLEASE AVOID CAFFEINE PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, AS IT MAY CAUSE YOUR EYES TO FLUTTER. TO ENSURE YOUR COMFORT AND TO PREVENT ANY POTENTIAL HARM TO YOUR EYES, PLEASE DO NOT WEAR CONTACT LENSES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU HAVE ANY KNOWN ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES PLEASE INFORM US PRIOR TO BOOKING.
CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE NOTIFY IF YOU WILL BE ARRIVING LATE, ANY ARRIVALS AFTER 15 MINUTES WILL BE CANCELLED AND A NO-SHOW FEE MAY BE CHARGED. PLEASE GIVE AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION. ANY NO-CALL / NO-SHOW WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $75 FEE AND DENIAL OF FUTURE SERVICES.
REFUNDS
DUE TO APPLICATION TIME AND THE COST OF PRODUCTS, REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED. IF YOU EXPERIENCE POOR RETENTION WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS OF APPLICATION, A COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH-UP MAY BE OFFERED. ANY CONCERNS ADDRESSED AFTER 48 HOURS OF APPLICATION, OR IF THE CLIENT FAILS TO FOLLOW AFTERCARE INSTRUCTION LEADING TO POOR RETENTION, FULL PRICE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL SERVICES. IN THE RARE CASE YOU EXPERIENCE A NEGATIVE REACTION TO THE PRODUCTS USED, THE CHARGE FOR REMOVAL WILL BE WAIVED.
